Sungevity was evolving from a domestic solar company focused on offering the best residential solar customer experience, into a international solar platform, which would grow to service residential and commercial customers and onboard dozens of partners (solar installers, Marketers/Lead Generators, Resellers and Non-Profits) in the United States, Europe and Australia.

I collaborated with business stakeholders and Product Managers across the business to understand the inner workings of each siloed business unit and champion the customer's voice to design a seamless, best in class customer experience.
